Refund-Returns-Shipping Policy

At Raven Beard Co. customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our products and stand behind everything we create. In the rare event that you need to return an item, we are committed to making the process as smooth as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Scent Preferences: Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with scent strength or fragrance. All fragrance formulations strictly adhere to the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) guidelines. We strongly recommend purchasing a sample pack before committing to a full-sized product to ensure satisfaction.
  • Sample Packs: All sample pack purchases are final and cannot be returned.
  • Beard Tools: Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged during transit.
  • Clothing & Hats & Soaps: We do not accept returns or refunds for worn or washed apparel. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: All sales are final; these items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Melted or Grainy Beard Butters: Due to the natural composition of our butters, they are sensitive to temperature changes. If your butter arrives melted, simply place it in the freezer for at least one hour to allow it to solidify. If it develops a grainy texture, this is a normal occurrence caused by fatty acids cooling at different rates and does not affect the product’s quality or performance. As such, we do not offer refunds or returns for this reason.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 USD or more (after any applied discounts). This offer is available every day, all year long.

Order Processing Times

As a small, family-owned business, we work diligently to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that this processing time is in addition to the carrier’s transit time for your selected shipping method.

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect addresses.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the courier first. We are happy to assist once you have initiated contact with them.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is fulfilled or shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on USPS pricing. We do not control these rates.
  • Per USPS regulations, all packages weighing over 1 lb must be shipped via Priority Mail rather than First Class Mail.
  • We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day (usually Monday).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order, as well as a tracking confirmation email once your package ships. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed if the carrier does not scan your package immediately.

Orders Containing Apparel

If your order includes a shirt or other apparel item, it will ship separately from your beard care products. During peak shopping periods, apparel fulfillment may take up to two weeks.

Shipping & Receiving Beard Butters in Warmer Months

Due to the natural composition of our beard butters, they are highly sensitive to temperature changes. In warmer months, your butter may arrive in a liquefied state.

To restore its intended texture:

  1. Keep the jar sealed and place it in the freezer for at least one hour.
  2. Once solidified, allow it to return to room temperature before use.

Regardless of its appearance, the butter will perform the same in your beard. If you experience graininess, please refer to our blog post on fixing gritty beard butters.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds due to melted or gritty butters.
